Organisation

EARTH-AID comprises 13 work packages (WP). Each WP is under the lead of a designated institution and a WP leader. It is led and coordinated by the Swiss Seismological Service at ETH Zurich.

All WPs are grouped into four interlinked activity areas, each comprising several WPs:

  1. Governance, communication and impact WPs 1-2 (white)
  2. Enabling agentic AI for geohazards and georesources WPs 3–5 (green)
  3. Trustworthy and responsible AI development WPs 6–7 (yellow)
  4. Domain-specific agentic AI data ecosystems and use cases WPs 8–13 (blue)
